Breaking News:Simone Biles and Suni Lee made history at the Paris Olympics by finishing first and third, respectively, in the women’s gymnastics all-around final.

 

Simone Biles’ historic win: Biles, 27, became the third female gymnast to win two Olympic all-around titles and the first to do so in non-consecutive Games. She scored 59.131, beating Rebeca Andrade of Brazil by 1.199 points.

Suni Lee’s bronze medal: Lee, 21, secured the bronze medal with an overal score of 56.465, finishing behind Andrade. This is the third time the U.S. has put two gymnasts on the podium in the women’s all-around.
Historic competition: The final was historic because it featured two past all-around gold medalists competing against each other for the first time. Biles and Lee’s achievement marks the sixth consecutive Olympic title for the U.S. in the women’s gymnastics all-around
