Mikel Arteta is set to face the press after Arsenal’s Premier League victory over Burnley at Turf Moor.

The game got off to a sublime start for the Gunners who were ahead inside five minutes after Martin Odegaard finished from the edge of the box following a smart pick out from Gabriel Martinelli on the edge of the box.

From that point on it was a case of when and not if Arsenal got their second goal and as Leandro Trossard was brought down in the box five minutes from time they were given the golden opportunity. Bukayo Saka stepped up and duly dispatched.

The England international was at it again not long after the break, grabbing his second and Arsenal’s third with a near post shot that overpowered Josh Trafford.

Trossard then finally got a goal of his own after missing a few chances to make it four. There was still time then for Kai Havertz to add a fifth and make it 21 goals in five matches for Arsenal.

You can hear what Arteta has to say about all that and much more with football.london‘s chief Arsenal correspondent Kaya Kaynak in our live blog below.

Is there a more in form player in the Premier League than Martin Odegaard right now? Probably only Bukayo Saka can hold a candle to how well he’s playing at the minute. They’re standouts but special mentions for Kiwior and Havertz.
