Following the conclusion of NBA In-Season Tournament group play, the NBA has released the schedule for the quarterfinals set to take place next Monday and Tuesday.

The Suns clinched the sole wild card spot in the Western Conference earlier today. They will play at the No. 1-seeded Los Angeles Lakers next Tuesday night (Dec. 5) at 8 p.m. MST to kick off the knockout round. The winner will advance to Las Vegas to play the winner of the New Orleans Pelicans vs. Sacramento Kings. The Western Conference semifinals will be at 7 p.m. MST Thursday (Dec. 7) and the championship at 6:30 p.m. MST on Saturday (Dec. 9). The two losers of these games will play each other either home or away on Friday night (Dec. 8)

The Eastern Conference semifinals will take place at 3 p.m. MST on Thursday.

The Suns have lost twice to the Lakers this season. Both times were without Devin Booker, but the Suns blew big fourth quarter leads in both.

In the second game of the year, LA defeated Phoenix 100-95 despite 39 points from Kevin Durant.

Then, the Lakers came to Phoenix and beat the Suns 122-119 to start NBA In-Season Tournament group play on Nov. 10.

Now, the Suns have a chance for revenge against LA with a trip to Vegas on the line.
